Interspecies Communication: A challenge, a request

Interested in animal telepathy? Wanna test you skills and help me out in the process? Then it's greatly appreciated. 8] If you just want to test out your skills between species then skip over the horse part.

Alright, I have a horse- Phoenix. I haven't been able to communicate with him for some strange reason, and if you'd like you ask him a few questions for me it'd be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, about the horse. He's a warmblood (it's a mixture of thoroughbred and another breed..), gelding (boy who can't make babies), chestnut in color (brown-red), he's 17-hands in height (i don't know how tall that is in feet.. silly horse measurements.. xP), slightly underweight, mouthy, spoiled, and we just got him last May. If you'd like to know anything else, please ask.

Now, the questions I'd like to ask him is, basically, what was his past like? I only know a bit about it, and I'd like to know more.
Also, what's his favorite treat? (:
Why is he always so impatient yet lazy at the same time?
What parts of him are in pain at the moment? (Several of you know this answer already, if you do, don't answer it. xD I know as well, obviously, and it's basically just for you to know if the information you received is valid.

Okay, wanna just test your skills?

1. Ask the tree in my backyard how long it has been within the soil it's in now, and how tall it is.
2. Ask my dog, Selena, female Alaskan Malamute, how long she's been within my family.
3. Ask Danny, my mixed breed male dog, the same question.
If you want some more I'll think of some. xD

I don't have any experience with long-distance animal telepathy, or I would give you some tips.. pretty much, treat it like you do human telepathy long distance, though it will feel a bit different-- and they're more in tune with telepathic thoughts per se-- so no, they will not need to be "waiting to receive".

Interesting... How far have you developed your interspecies commujnication so far?

Seeing as that their primitive creatures and their brains do not have a lot of association areas, they'll act on impulses and instincts. If you want to receive information, specifically regarding the past, then I'd suggest doing something more efficient, such as Clairvoyance, unless you really want to communicate with the animal's mind. If interspecies communication is really what you want, then I suggest using telepathy on a more instinctive and primal level. By that I mean focus on feelings rather than thoughts. I'm pretty sure though that you could pick up memories the same way you would with humans, but they'll be associated with bodily functions and feelings rather than thoughts.

That is my suggestion I hope it helps. Did any of that make sense? It seemed like I was rambling in my post.

i tried
the tree said its tall enough to play basket ball, and its been out backyard, couldnt see no calander so its not sure, but it says the sun rose and sunk more times than it can count on the fingers of its one hand.

the dog says she's been in the family for quite sometime now but only started feeling at home after she met danny. Danny didnot say anything, he just said "mom told me don't TP with strangers"

yeah pets can read their master's intentions via bodylanguage and i suppose psionics too. If the owner is also psychic i suppose the communication can be two way. I never could communicate words though its more like feelings and needs that i read.
