i have been practicing making Psi balls for quite sometime now, but i do not know if what I'm doing is right if anyone can inform me if I'm correct or not please do so I'm striving to become an amazing telekinetic user this is what i would do 1)rub my hands together for 15seconds 2)cup my hands together as if i was running them under water 3)i imagine a color i am most comfortable with (a bright yellow) and picture my energy flowing like water from a faucet down my arms and into my hands 4)i picture that bright yellow ball begging to slowly form in the middle of my cupped hands the site i looked up said results of this should be my hands begging to warm up and my fingers/hands should feel slight pain and twitch and i got those results i just need to know if its right or not if not please explain another method Thank you all for taking your time to read and help me!

umm that site is wrong.
Yes hands could be warm, tingling, or feeling like they are being pulling together or away

Telekinesis is moving things, you're doing psi manipulation which is controlling/manipulating psi. Im pretty good with psi manipulation and yes i agree with hydrokinesis when he said that pain shouldn't come. You should feel sparks, or a cold or warm front in you're hands, but no pain unless you are trying to make some kind of super psi ball thats evil, and filled with negative energy. When you use negative energy only bad things will happen. So youre hands should feel twitchy, or like small sparks of electricity have just shocked you. Also it can be warm in between youre hands, or cold, it doesnt matter, besides that youre doing fine. keep up the good results
