I'm a very musical person. I'm open to all types, and will listen to anything once. I have been into psionics for a while. I love everything about it. To get started let me tell you a little bit about me. When I was young, I used to get picked on. I still do, but not to the degree I was. I was called fatty, fat @ss, four-eyes, sunshine, and many others. I held all my anger inside. For 15 years I have kept my anger inside. It hurts me physically. I used to think that this balled up anger would ultimately lead to my death. But then I found something that I loved, music.
I listened to lots of music, and came to love all of it very quickly. The only two types of music I won't listen to are Italian op rah (that viking Op rah stuff ) and hindi. I would listen to music for hours a day, sometimes get in trouble at school for it. Well, when I started psionics, I found it hard to concentrate, and thought. What could I do about all the beats in my head? Use them of course. I always had drum beats, rap beats, rock beats, whatever floating around in my head.
Then I had found out about psionics. I looked up information on it, and anything I could find that had to do with it. I started to meditate and felt so enlightened. I have felt much better after finding all of this, and I feel much better about my decision. This is something that I will keep doing.
One day I decided to try and make the simple psiball. I could feel it, but it was weak. So I decided to try something else. I would always tap my teeth together to the beat of the music, so why not try pulsing the psi to the beat of a song? It worked! It felt so much more alive, and I felt so much happier that I had succeeded this time. This is the technique that I use.
Depending on my mood, I may charge first, but do what feels right to you. I always suggest meditating before you do any type of manipulation, or any type of kinesis. First you need to feel the psi around you, as you should do with any exercise. Then once you've done that, gather it to you in your sternum. Slowly move it from your sternum to your chest, then through your arms, into your palms. Then, form the ball in-between your hands. Usually for me, if I don't make a shell first, the psi feels flimsy, almost like a liquid between my hands. What you do next is spin it, like a pottery table. Imagine it spinning, then get your favorite song beat into your head. (Mix it up, by choosing different songs each time) Start to pulse the psi ball with the beat of the song. As the psi ball spins, just keep pulsing. Near the end of the song, you can make the pulses bigger and stronger. Note, you don't have to keep pulsing for the entire length of the song, you can simply pick out your favorite part and use that. Once you come near the end of your favorite beat (how ever long it may be) pulse it one last strong time, and stop the spinning. It should be solid.
This I have found also works for shielding. Just gather psi, and store it in your sternum (not stomach). Imagine it flowing out from your sternum in the shape of an oval bubble or what not. As it floats around you, imagine it as a little flimsy. Then, pulse it along to your favorite beat. After a while, you might find that your shield will be solid. I can't guarantee that this will work for all shields, as I have only tested this with a basic shield.
This technique has done me wonders, and I hope it can help you. Remember, everybody is different, and certain things work for certain people. I encourage everybody to experiment with what works with them, because once you find it, it will stick with you forever.
