Twitching what is wid the twitching

ok so like im a noob ok so please excuse me if i sound stupid

wen i try to focus my psi to make a psi ball my body in diffrent parts become very twitchy like... my foot would twitch my finger would twitch and my arm would twitch and my hands start feeling tingly.. is that natural

also after i believe i have performed a psi ball my hand stays tingly is that because my psi is still lingering in my hands i dono but my hopes are to become a psion please help

ok now i just went and tried to make a psi ball in my hand (one hand acctually ) and my arm was straight now i started doin thr usual ,concentrating ect, the tingly felling came but wen i letted it go and stopped i felt like something ...like a force hit my hands or something in my hands did something it was wierd what could it b

it would be just like a small volt of electricity, not exactly painful, but you would feel electrical jolts. Dont worry its all good, its all normal. you're just using energy in you're body in a way that you've never really used before ( making a psiball). it'll wear off eventually then you wont feel any tingling at all. kinda like working out, the first few times you try, would be painful, and hard. but then as you keep practicing, you're body will get used to it, you will get stronger, and you wont feel the pain as bad anymore. So don't worry what you're feeling is normal.
