Your body needs more nutrients, and your muscles don't have enough. JUst when you do something hard mix muscle strength with psi (visualise that your doing what youre doing; something odd in this sentence?) -Use psi to replace muscle strength. -Add one more meal. -I eat alot normally so i don't sense diference -Work on your technique when doing something hard, learn how to do it with less effort (i can throw a person which weights 120kg with almost no effort, it's all in knowing how to do it).

-You need eat more -Try to focus on what you're doing and add energy/psi to what youre doing (whan you lift something heavy visualise that energy is flowing through your body and helping you lift that load, increasing your strength, lifting part of the loaad instead of you)

Basically, using your mind is just as draining as using your muscles, if not more so. Thus you need to eat more, and pay more attention to keeping in shape, as you might end up using "psi" to replace muscle strength.
At least that is what I understand.

Ah... I get it now.
But can it affect other aspects of ones life?

Um, yes. Be careful you don't overflow on other people if you draw in too much energy, or if you happen to be empathic. Kills the social life. ^_^

True, true, true. People with me around have suden jumps of emotion; they recieve them through me Really kills the social life - But good thing is you can controll it! -You just need to ground thas emotions, or make a construct that feeds on them! That work fine in most time, but it would be good to train something that would kick out that emotions (something that needs explosive reactions, and adrenaline use- karate for ex.), something that need plenty of your own emotions- in my case my emotions kicks out others emotions, and after that i feel completely... Blank... But in positive meaning Hope i helped ~ZbukSiĀ°

I ate only a little before(no breakfast), and my appetite has increased since starting my practice(double the pizza for lunch, rawr!). I actually got stronger because the increased focus from the exercises for psi helped me use more of my own strength(I try harder when I do things now... ).

Your focusing more on your psi/energy part of your body. Ever hear of the phrase "you don't use it you loose it"? I think that comes into play in this situation. All you need to do is increase physical activity to balance out the use of energy and the musculatory system.

If your muscles are atrophying, it has nothing to do with psi at all. I'd say it has to do with your diet or level of activity.

I guess once one enters the world of psi one practices on his own spare time, time which he would otherwise be using to do something that possibly works the body a little. Thus, muscle deterioration.
