hey iv been making psi balls for three days now and its alot of fun so far i have made a ton of solid ones...i was just wondering what the next step is, what would you recommend i try to help strengthen my skil? thanks a bunch

By solid do you mean solid physicaly? The next step would be constructs, or at least that's what I did next.

solid as in i can feel it rather then feeling temperature (does that make sense?)

Yes, it makes sense. If you can move them, then the next thing to do would be programming.

Form the psi into a ball and make it dense. Then spread the psi from the inside of the ball to the outside making it hollow and the outside hard. (Like a shell) Then fill the inside with psi.

well usually you just move an unprogrammed psi ball to maybe from in betweem your hands to maybe to your side. There's not much use sending a ball of psi that's unprogrammed is there?
Then when you move it to your side you can "feel" the psi in the ball form.
