I have Read the guide for Creating the Psi-balls. Is there a age is should be before i should start doing this. And if i'm old enough is there a easier method?

nope. No age limit. Age doesn't factor in energy. This is the easiest way I know of how to make a psi ball. Just follow the guide and ask questions if you get stuck.

There's no "Age Limit" perse, more of a "Maturity" Limit. The technique stated is, in my opinion, the easiest around. Stay focused, be mature about it... I started when I was nine, trust me, it gets easier.

I am 13 as well...been practicing for a few day and I can make psi balls & shields.
