Sounds to me that you fused your psi-ball with Cyro? I'm no expert but its just a guess.

When making psi balls and "feeling" them betweem your hands you don't always nessecarily feel magnitism. Different people feel different things. No you dont have to use cyro, (the ability to manipulate ice) to have your psi ball feel cold. I think your element might be ice or you might of had a random though pop into your head about something cold. Or it just is cold.
As for not getting visual results... You would have to use flaring to make your psiball visible. I myself haven't flared a psi ball until maybe yesterday as when in the dark I got a bright ball of light inbetween my hands for a split second, (as said in my training log.) I would try and do sheilds, moving psi balls, and programming constructs before moving on to flaring though.
To flare a psi basicly try and picture, or think of a concept of your psi ball and how you want it to appear, then overlap it with the psi ball and view them as one. Then try thinking of the concept of giving light to it while programming it.
If you only have made psi balls before though I would definitly not try flaring until you can at least make constructs well.

i hope this is a useless question, but can you feel the psi flowing towards the psiball?

well maybe you should feel it before trying to use it... I usually think of it as a "wad", a large wave of white light going around my arms and into my hands, and then project it towards the middle of them, into a ball. I really feel my arms tingling when i think of the white light going through them. but that's just me, and i am not even sure that it works yet

Are you sick, tired, or preocupied? Do you believe in psi? Do you visualize (imagine and believe) the energy flowing where you want it to flow?

Do you feel the "breeze" on your hands while in a room? If so then it's either your a natural aerokinesis guy or your definitly making a psiball or feeling psi.

first, i'm still not sure about psi, and yet i train everyday.
now, if you feel that prickly, try to visualize a lot more energy flowing than the one you visualized before. try to visualize the one you had before, that gave you the prickly feeling, and then boost it up.
I'm just trying to help here.
