I don't know if i'm feeling it yet...
However i can absorb a lot more psi from the earth than from myself, probably cause i think the earth has more psi than me lol... It does then feel like someone is trespassing my hand with needles... When forming a psiball i sometimes feel heat in my palms, but i always think it's radiating from the heat each palm has... So i never believe it to be psi... I may be in need of tips too...

When I'm doing it I feel heat. The more I use or charge, the hotter it gets. And it's not just my feeling, I actually get physically hot(my girlfriend actually commented on it).
It's actually pretty nice to do when it's cold out, but it only helps for a bit.

Here is my method....... I calm myself down and close my eyes. Then I wait for some type of flowing sensation. To me it feels like a spreading, warm, tingly, light amount of pressure flowing through my body. To get it to move all I have to do is visualize it going to wherever I want it to.

sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold. It usually feels a bit like static electricity but not always. Sometimes it's like the feeling of suddenly putting my hand under the shadow of a tree when I've been out in the sun. Sometimes it feels like water............... etc etc etc. There's a certain similarity in all the feelings but I don't know how to describe that.
