thanks, i'm kind of thick anyway. Still, my answer is void of meaning since i'm a newbie here. What i feel is the energy in my hands... i can't feel the ball yet.

What you should feel is anything other then your hands normally feel while in that situation. So before attempting to feel the psi remember how your hands feel then. Now try and feel the psi and if it feels different then before, then you might be feeling psi. If it for sure feels very different then before your definitly feeling psi.
