psi ball question

I have been looking at this site for a couple of days and i have a few questions.

1. Do i have a psi ball, or at least an amount of energy in my hands or in between them, if i move my fingers at all then i get a tingly feeling/sensation?

I had a couple of other questions but i cant remember them.. >.<

Oh by the way this is my first post so hello everybody!

I just remembered my other question it was,
What is happening if i just hold my hands perfectly still i get the same effects as if i'm trying to gather energy into a psi ball? Am i making a psi ball or what?

I would say yes do you feel a ball shape as well

I sometimes feel something on my right palm but thats about it.

To throw things back, I feel nothing. nothing at all.

Then how do you know you have a psi ball?

when you get the heat/pressure/electric/magnetic etc feel, just squish it a little... it usually pushes back, like a balloon. if you feel it, its there.

Ah thank you, and how could you know if it was like the size of your house or something like that?

biggest one i've made was the size of the room... i just walked in and out of where i figured the ball's boundaries were... you'll feel the same pressure/heat/electricty in the body part that is inside the ball... try reabsorbing that one fast! talk about a rush!
