I have been making dozens of psi balls over the past 3 days. I can feel and sense them, but when I make a construct and program it, it won't carry out the commands. Maybe I am not really sensing a psi ball or what? Please help.

Well let's just take into consideration that you HAVE been making psi balls, which is most likely the cause. Okay you've got a psi ball, now to program it. Here's how I go about programming them, then I'll give you a few other examples. Talk to it. Not loud enough where other people can hear you and think you're insanse, but like a soft whisper. Heck, you don't even need to open your mouth. Just talk to it with your thoughts. For example, what if you want it to... heat up your hands? As you are making the ball, get the image of fire in your head. A huge, blazing fire... a mass inferno. Send that image into your psi ball, by "seeing" the fire fly from your head to the psi ball. Next to talk to it. "Okay, so your job is to heat my hands." Keep telling it this, either outloud or through thoughts. If that didn't work, maybe you like to work with computers? Have you ever built a webpage? Maybe you can "code" the psi ball. I myself am good with C++ coding, so sometimes I use basic commands such as if <this happens> then <do this> else <do that>. For example, say you want your hands to warm up so they aren't cold anymore? So, make the psi ball. Then imagine in your head text. Form the text to say "If my hands are cold, then warm them up. Else, if they ARE warm, keep them at their current temperature. For every 2 minutes that goes by, warm them up even more." Then send that "block" of text into the psi ball. Okay, so maybe that's not EXACT coding, but hey... it's using basic "if-else" and "for" statements I personally stick with images, but will "code" it if I need something more complicated. Experiment around with both as you please. Also, coding might not work as well if you actually want your hands to warm up, I would use imaging for this. But for something more complicated as, say breaking somebody's shield, I would use coding.

Practice. You are trying for 3 days and you made psi balls. To programm it you will need alot of practice and patience.
