Safely Grounded, or not?

Today I tried to make a psiball the size of half of my room....
After wards, I tried programming it to flare, but No luck on that. and after that, I took up as much energy as i ever had from the objects around me/ earth, (Or I believe I did it right)
And my head started hurting badly....
I had read this article about grounding when you ghet certain symptoms, and well I tried it and the second I finished grounding my headache was gone!!!!!

Is this meaning I REALLY did take a lot of energy around of me, and then shot it all back down the earth??? (A.K.A. near overload/grounding?!?!?!?!)

wow, only 6 days, i made my psiball the first time i tried, but didnt go about making it as big as my room

yeah, i get jelous sometimes too when i read of newbies moving the psiwheel so soon. well i actually move the toothpick on water the first time i tried, the psiwheel was a bit harder. i tried with the psiwheel for a month then tried the toothpick and it worked.
so i guess i cant be all that jelous

I haven't done any element test yet, so I am gonna try that out soon enough...
