Okay, I'll just get to it. This technique is a lot easier, and shows good results.
1. Rub your hands together. 2. Put your hands like a normal psi ball, but with fingers a little closer. 3. Slowly move your hands apart until they're about 1 1/2 feet apart. 4. You'll feel magnetism and/or heat or cold. When you can't put your hands together anymore, you have a psi ball!

i don't think that static would even come into play... the reason why it helps to rub the hands sometimes is that it makes you feel a little bit of a tingling.. similar to the feeling you get when psi is in your hands.. because it already feels like you have control of psi, it is much easier to visualize a psi ball forming.

sometimes it can. I don't like or trust this method. Rubbing your hands does create heat, not psi

yeah, iv tried it, helps me to feel the psiball everytime. but its not my favourite method. i dont see how it can be static electricity if i can make it stronger if weaker by thinking of it

so you cant make a psiball?
when i first saw a psiball article on the net, i tried it right then and there, and it worked
you should try it, it shouldnt take long, and you dont have to get up.
