i know that image, that is from a magick (don't know why the k is, i thought it was magic) site. If you feel the energy coming from your head, even better. the energy from that chakra is supposedly chi/ki. psi is in the head. so you're on the right track, and that guy isn't doing psi

I also feel the energy pulsating when I'm doing it sometimes. Other times I feel it in my head too, but almost never from my gut.

I do the same thing energy through my head and out my arms.Or make energy from my legs up my body through my arms many was I use.

I usually use the next chakra up or from a chakra that's unique to my family. I thought psi was a general term for energy from any chakra, and then you got terms like chi/ki or prana etc that were more specific. Some sources state chi/ki as being more general too.

I wonder why there is energy on the backside of his hands. When i make a ball i see blue energy on the back of my hands too, While it is supposed to be in the ball.

A lot of times, I don't even move the energy through my body. I manipulate it externally.

the energy behind his hands is the way of demonstrating where the energy goes through. It goes into your hands and then into the air between them.

look for magick on google you should come up with it.
You should visualize it coming from the third eye chakra, which is a bit above your eyes. That is if you want to use Psi. I personally think it's all the same, but this is the only site i've found where people discuss it openly and joyfully

Sorry, leethal I tried that before. You know how google is. Too much results. I just gave up. But anyways the confusing part is that when using chi the you use the chakra in your stomach but the e-book guide for beginning psionic on PsiPog it saids to visualize an energy orb I tink is either in your stomach or the chest area. But I dunno. Just recently when practicing with psi ball I just visualize the orb of energy in my brain and going to my hands and out.

And wait you said visualize it coming from the 3rd eye. I visualize it coming from my brain area. And sometimes coming from earth. So wait hold on her I am confused.........
