OK i went to this website and it said to find a energy source and it said you could use fire.Then it said to visualize it like picture it in your head see what it looks like,sounds like,and feels like the more senses you use the better i tried that and some reason it didn't work can any one help me do this?

Well I use the sun as my source lots of energy.So I just see the energy flowing from the sun in to me none of that other stuff.
