In time, should I be able to use only one hand?

To create a psiball, of course. As of yet, I think I can only get the energy by holding it between my hands. Will I be able to use only one hand to create a psiball in the future, or better yet, use only my mind?

It is quite easy if you can learn to overcome the idea that it must be done near yourself, or must be channeled through your hands. Several people I am working with in the chat room are able to create things at distance with ease now. All a matter of understanding that distance is no limit.

you don't need the physical component to bind a psi-ball. The fact that you use your hands only serves as a mental aid to your mind, so you believe you're containing it, but in fact, your hands are doing nothing. I often do psi-balls in both hands, usually while walking on the street. (people tend to look at you funny if you hold a psi-ball with both hands while walking...)

I make a ton at a time with no hands... they just aren't very strong.
Unless of course I'm only focusing on one at a time. In which case they're a bit weaker than with my hands, but meh, that's my fault cause I don't spend as much time on them.

yeah, you will, useing one hand is easy, i can make them in both hands at the same time, still not able to make them as strong with out my hands, but i can still make them

that feels like when you make one with both hands. casue when i make them with one hand, they are smaller than with 2 hands, but they are made faster
