hey I recently tried to create a psi ball using the feeling and my question is if im doing it right. i try to recreate a feeling of hands touching my skin and they move from legs to hands, only i dont visulize hands, i make myself feel like my touch is energy moving.

What the crap? Alright dude. This is my tech. Visualize a ball forming in between your hands. Visualize energy constantly flowing into it...Keep making it bigger and bigger and denser and denser...you will feel a sort of magnetic feeling or warm feeling or prickely feeling.

yeah, i do something like that hand technieque, except, i create the feelingof something moving under my skin, then move it to my hands.

and when i put my hand next to someone elses, i can move the feeling from my hand the theirs.
or i just try to create the feeling on thier skin, kinda hard to explain that. its like i hold my and over thier arm, then think of the feeling except its like my hand is thiers.

either way i do it, they feel something like heat from my hand, except my hand is too far for them to feel any heat from it, then they cant explain it.

I visualize all the energy in the earth going to me and instantly going to the ball as not to overload. I make it denser until I see it as glass. Then, I program it and/or shape it to my will.
