I was wondering if i was making a psi ball.I can feel magnetic fields just by visualizing a ball getting bigger then smaller without visualizing any energy.

if the ball isn't there, and you're visualizing a ball, it's energy.

That's just my take on it. I'm not sure, but if you're feeling it, either it's energy or placebo.

yes, you are. You don't have to vizualize energy, but it is a method most people use.
