Flare?

A couple nights ago I woke up at 2 am and couldn't sleep so I started making psi balls. For me I can always see a small aura between my hands when I make a P.B. but all of the sudden, I bright yellow flash of light appeared in my hands. It freaked me out and I could keep my hands still. Was this a flare?

i believe it was because you woke up from your sleep you would of been more focused and able to gather energy more effiecently. when i making psiballs i do not see flash but instead see a ball of millions blue energy particles this is how i flare. try waking up taking a nap and see if the effect happens again
