alright, as i've said before, im bent on learning how to create psi balls, but im new to the whole psionic/chi thing, to be honest, i barely know the meaning...

this is what i've heard about psi balls
clear your mind, hold your hands apart (a few inches) and feel the power from a source of your choice, and feel the ball forming in your hand, then you should either feel a tingle, warmth or coldness (ususally i feel a little bit of heat, but that could be my body heat warming my hands)

so if anyone could offer some advice or tips that would be great.
or should i start with something easier, if so, what?

heat's a good start, even if it is the blood rushing to your hands warming it up. everything is energy, so whenever someone uses that reason when they think they cant do it (blood rushing to hands) i just tell them that its a feat in itself to control your blood flow to move it in certain directions. just work from there...

Well, at first I didn't get warmth, cold or tingling.
But when making I psi-ball I did feel a resistance when putting my hands closer together. A resistance you won't feel when you dont gather the psi
Ive also had once my hands were constantly pulled together and pushed apart. bit weird

However, with more practice my psi-balls seem to get warmer too. I wish I could mae cold ones, I think that's easier to notice that it's really because of the psi-ball.

Anyway, I suggest you make a psi-ball and then slowly bring you hands together to se if you get a resistance.
Im not sure if that magnetic-like feeling happens with everyone, but it's worth a try right?

when i make my psi ball my hands get alittle hot and my finger tips start tingling sort of like that feeling when your hand falls asleep =D

Yeah I get the opposite my psi ball gets cold and some time I can see the cold air on a hot day

Well, there is your first error: using your hands. Hands arent required, guys. It will only create a mindblock (By teaching your subconscious that the best conditions to make a psiball is between your hands). Also, many feelings are derived from this: like warmth or tingly sensation due to electrostatic. Keep your hands away whenever possible.

I agree with nuuka here. Try making them at a distance, as otherwise you will create a mental block that will be hard to break later on.

because you would think that you NEED to have it go through your hands... which you actually dont.

I still use my hands. Especially to focus my vision. If i don't use my hands i quickly lose track of it. If i am ever able to see psi, I'll stop using them, as it is a bit embarassing in a public boring situation to have people see me holding my hands like that -> ( ) .
But until i can see psi, that's a no-go.

Hmph. No need really to use your hands. Leethal, you lose track of it becuase you dont pay enough attention to it. It can be wherever you want it to be.

i've been practicing psi balls at a distance/ multiple psi balls without the use of my hands, but i still need my hands to check if its there. not using your hands REALLY helps with constructs too. you dont have that feeling of "its gonna fly away"

If you don't use your hands to make a psi ball, how will you know it's there if you can't see them yet? Will you still feel the heat/coolness?

I would say make one on the couch or your bed and then go to that spot and you should feel it
