in the past few months I've been practicing I've been unable to:feel psi, move psi, gather psi etc. I've read the articles but still no help I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or somethings wrong with me?

curl your tongue to the roof of your mouth when gathering... also if you dont feel it right away, visualize. with visualizing comes pretending, with pretending comes experiencing, with experiencing come belief, with belief comes confidence. then after... its time to train.

I saw that in some movie in youtube. It was chi related, but I don't know if it has anything on it.. try it though.. It's just a tongue movement...

you can do psi without it, but i find it helps. especially if you just woke up or something. it completes the body's energy circuit.
yeah i learned it from youtube too.

But I think the guy on the movie is just not very worried about doing things well lol. He gets stuck a bit on some sentences.
I just think, if you're going to get a movie done, do it well. or if something goes wrong, redo it.

yeah, but when i make a movie on youtube, I make sure it's well done. If its not, i re-do it. it's like recording a song. Immagine he wants to sell his lessons on DVD, would you pay for someone that goes "hmm , ahmm, well.." half the time?
