I have not done any training at all for like a couple of days and now I can't really do anything...Even move my energy through out my body or even my arm..  ..Is there something wrong with me or something? And if anyone has any tips for getting my control back I would highly appreciate it.... |

Well, I don't really know too much about this but maybe you're experiencing an energy block. Although, for as far as I know that isn't supposed to happen when you haven't done anything with psi for a while, should happen because of overloading or something if Im not mistaken. I don't know what you should do about it. :/ maybe just starting from scratch will help. would suck though. A thought just came to me... maybe it's just in your head. You haven't done any training for a while and so you think you can't do it anymore, automatically making it impossible for you. Hope someone with more experience can still comment on this, Cus Im just a beginner  anyway, good luck getting your control back!  |

Ya I read that this happened to other people and they just end up getting powers back after a while....So thank you all peoples!!
