Right, well i need a little help here on my psi. I can gather my energy alright usually, then once I start to move it into my hands, I run into my situation. It seems that whenever I exhale the energy between my palms feels as though it increases, and becomes more dense, but then once I inhale again it feels as though it decreases and becomes less dense. Any ideas?

Well flcl [great name by the way ] it's obvious that your psi movement is linked to your breathing subconsciously, and when it comes to keeping psi in one place while hather or moving more, it just won't do it. I had this same problem for a while, and this is what I did: First of all, move the energy into your hands once. Then, when breathing back in, focus (a lot) on keeping the energy in your hands, and NOT letting it out. Don' try and move more, just breathe normally while keeping the psi in your hands. Once you can do that, try to move a little more energy into your hands, then keep that there. Basically, kepp adding, and do it slowly. Take a few breaths in between adding energy. Eventually, you'll get it. I really hope this helps. ~Azaelius
