I have been reading about different types of telekinesis and all sorts of stuff and I wanted to get into it, but I'm not sure where to start... I heard somewhere that Psi-balls was a good place to start but I have also read that it isn't.. So should I start with psi-balls or maybe somewhere else?

Yes I would say start with a psi ball then move on to what ever else.psi ball is like a basic tech then moving on to some thing like telekinesis so you can get the jester of it.

My opinion? No. I consider energy manipulation kind of useless at the beginning (unless you are interested at it). you dont need to know how to make a psiball to use psychokinesis. Otherwise poltergeist activity wouldve never existed, right? Just go directly to PK and later on if you feel like making constructs with PK attached to them then go ahead with energy manipulation.

(What's poltergeist activity?)
Actually, I too think you don't need psi to do PK. At least you don't need to have control over psi-balls. It's more a brain-bending. The feeling is quite interesting. But I always advise people to practice psi-balls all the same, since it's not hard, you can do it anywhere, and it increases your sensitivity to psi.
