Hey long time lurker first time poster so I apologize in advance for any mistakes I may make in the following post.
Now to begin... to explain my situation and to why I joined the site. Skip this paragraph and the next if you want to understand what i am talking about in the title.. basically a long (and I mean LONG!) time ago I had a friend who was quite open about this sort of thing which was generally considered by man (including ones self lol) a load of rubbish. Anyway to cut a long story short some... interesting stuff happened which further led into loooooong late night discussions. I ended up talking to this guy about the "stuff" and he described me as what he liked to call "naturally biokinetic".
Naturally I jumped onto this site and hundreds more to find out what that meant but with my general.. how can I put this... not quite 100 per cent belief in the idea I didn't work to hard in looking it up and all I came up with was that it was considered (along with hundreds more apparently!) a "fluff" term and a whole load of rubbish.
Leading to now and the bit that;s relevant to the subject and this forum. After months of lurking and reading posts on "psi balls" times slowly changed for me. I found myself expanding my beliefs more and loving it as I went. More of the "fluff kinesis" stuff became apparent and so about 3 hours ago I thought to myself "What the heck.. I'll have a go at one of these Psi Ball things".
Now... I admit I had no idea what it was supposed to feel like.. and being still somewhat skeptical I was quick to turn off the lights (its late) and close my eyes quickly going ahead with the exercises. And yes.. although it was my first try after a while I began to feel something although i'll admit I was confused. Because from my basic understanding a Psi ball was like... an invisible ball of energy you could feel in your hands but what I was getting was different. It felt like... like it was surrounding my entire hand. More like a circular Psi glove so I just kept doing the exercises still being a bit skeptical I held out my other hand in the same position wandering if it was rushing blood but no.
And then the hand I was using (left by the way. Don't know why I am right handed but my immediate instinct was to do it to the left) got `REALLY heavy. I still had the whole circular psi glove thing going on but it was horrible, really heavy. But not wanting to potentially ruin my "Psi ball" which I was now excited about doing so well with I slowly shuffled round and moved into a lying position still in the dark and still with eyes closed as I kept doing the exercises. But my hand continued to be incredibly heavy so much so that I felt my head often slipping around at times as if pulled down but i let it be.
And I was so wrapped up in just lying there and following the instructions I had read that it took me a while to realize what was going on. I know i will never prove it but I don't care... I suddenly became aware of my left arm in complete control of itself. My hand was... well in charge I guess like.. it was my hand sort off drifting along the bed in whatever direction it wanted leading the arm with it as if the "psi ball" was pulling it around and... although loosing control of a limb hardly sounds amazing it was genuinely one of the most beautiful things I have experienced it just felt amazing.
And that's kind of it really. I am sorry for the length
