do you feel an alternating pushing and pulling feeling on your hands? I mean, a pulsating sort of feeling.

when i make a psi ball i feel a sort of magnetism meaning its harder to push in and pull out. kinda like under water just not as dense.

A lot of people report to feel magnetic feelings when they make a psiball, yes. Different people get different sensations but any kind of magnetic effect is common.
