Ok, Where do I draw Psi energy from exactly when I make a Psi-Ball?? I read one where it say it's in your sternum. Then it's in the planets. Then it's in a cell phone. I never draw from the Sternum because if I do then I'd be using chi. But people say Psi os in the Sternum. So now I am really confused.

Psi = Chi = Ki = Universal energy.
Some people think it comes from planets, stars, the moon, inanimate objects, all of the above.
Personally I think that you pull energy from your own reserves and all that crap is just a visualisation aid.

I know chi and psi are energy. But how are they the same? Look at fire. Thats energy too.

Fire is the product of a chemical reaction, it isn't energy, it's gas. Look it up. I didn't suggest that all energy is the same as psi anyway, did I? I just listed different names that people use for it.
Chi and Psi are different words which mean the same thing, one is from western culture and one is from eastern. Saying they are different is like saying Bonjour and Hello mean different things because the words aren't the same. Chi is treated in a different way because that's how eastern methods have evolved, if you don't think you should be manipulating it then you should stop practicing psionics because guess what. Chi is psi.

Well isn't psi consider Pychic energy? ANd chi life energy? I know their both energy but it's exactly the same. But I get it.

There is a distinction they say. That the Chi comes from the navel chakra and that psi comes from the third eye. I don't know. And really, I don't care that much  I just use what i have. I dont even know where it comes from. |

Psi is energy that is in everything. Everything has energy. You can draw psi from yourself or from an outside source like the earth or stars. It is all psi.

I just feel it around me and just visualized it absorbing into me. Every time I take a breath more energy goes in to me. it sounds a lot harder than it is. Just feel the energy and use it.
