psi is a long narrow road with no short cuts,so sorry no easier methods that i know. just start with medating and once you start to feel your energy, you can start trying new techs and you will start to see results with whatever you try

ok i realy think the easiest way to learn it is to dedicate time 2 it, meditate, practice daily! you WILL get better soon! i can get i psi ball almost evertime i call on one..i can feel energy flowing and command it...i can construct basic shields..havnt tried any advanced ones yet though..i can also telepathically attack people..it came naturally..( i no it got nufin 2 do with psi..) you can add me on msn if you want a tutorer.. bsmith100@telkomsa.net =] hope to chat soon ;D

I agree with flamingwind. It can be frustrating not getting the results you want the first time you train, but it's similar to teaching yourself any other skill. You're not going to master it the first try. Just keep on trying and practicing and you'll get better in no time. Oh yeah, and I find it helpful to keep a log of my training. This way, I can see how far I've come since I first started psi and think, "Jeez, I couldn't even make a PSI BALL?" later down the road when I've really gottten the hang of it. Good luck!  |
