i think i have been making tons of progress with my psi balls i have to keep trying....but i just cant seem to gather enough energy to have a good or decent psi ball....any suggestions??

try to imagine that everyting around you is a giant sea full of psi energy. now grasp the sea of energy with your mind and slowly push it all between your hands. repeat this a few times and you should find that your psi ball will have more energy.

or try to visualize blue energy flowing threw your head down to your arms and out your palms making a ball of energy keep it flowing. or make your ball position with your hands imagine energy going into you from all directions and places,then visualize it going threw the process just get it to your palms and out your hands.

or try picking a neutral color like green(what i use) then slowly change it from smething neutral to something big and bold, like red and also dont forget the density

I visualize the energy flowing down my arms and to my hands, where I want to make the psi ball. Then I picture the energy (sometimes I pciture it blue, other times it's just clear) swirling between my hands in a circle.

I actually find it easier to just pull in all the outside energy from around me and condense it like an energy gravitational pull, but use whatever feels right.

ooo ooo this worked for me when i wasnt able to make them anymore.

just think of your self alone in the world and the only thing that will make you happy is to make a psiball. then make one.
