PsiBall Help

Okay, I was browsing the internet for telekenesis and I found something about psiballs. I tried it, and I did it my first try. My only problem is that I can't seem to make them warm, cold, or prickly at all. And If I'm only holding it in one hand, it dissapears. Do you have any suggestions?

I'd say that, if you're just starting out, then it's going to take a bit for you to feel temperature changes. Just keep practicing and it should happen.
A for the dissapearing in one hand thing, you might not be putting enough energy into it, so when you move one hand away, it disintegrates. I'd try concentrating for a bit longer/putting more energy into the psi ball before you move it to only one hand, this way it has eneough energy to last longer.

Okay, thanks. Also I seem to have trouble gaining a continous flow of energy into my hands, do you recommend a specific source? And can you use other people as sources? Sorry, I'm sort of new to this

well i dont recomend god or anything some people do that but not for makig psi balls you cn extract energy from your computer ,speakers,the universe bla blah what i do usually is visualize energy flowing into me from above nowhere specifically just coming from nowhere into my head down threw my arms and out my palms.

im new at psi and need help i practice but can never feel the energy needed to create a psi ball any useful advice will be helpful

hey ive tried a couple times to make psi balls and i picture my ki flame growing in strength then being taken into my body flow through my arms and out into my hand ive only been able to make heat but no other manefestations so how do i know for sure if im actually making one and what can i do to get it to where i can see it and manipulate it

what i do is i put energy into my hands then i designate which one ill me making the ball with,then i use the other to "push" the energy into the one making the ball.

or you could use the Kahmehameha hand position.
