Ive been practicing psi for about three days now. So I decided i would make a warm psi ball in gramar clas becuse its always frezing in there. I tried to make it with no hands, over a certain point on my page. I didnt feel anything when i finished it so i passed my hand through it and it was ice cold and last night I was riden to a friends house and I tryed to make a cold one and it almost burnt my hands. Any help woud be nice.

(oh please please work on your spelling and grammar)
first off, don't try to gather so much psi. Second it's normal for you to feel both cold and hot when making a psi ball. I suggest learning how to control and learn to control the amount of psi you are using.

thanks, Ill try that.
(sorry, about the spelling I have a d in it and Ill try to work on the grammer.It would probably help if I didnt practice psi in grammer. lol)
