When your fingers start to twitch...

Sometimes while trying to make a psi-ball, my fingers start to twitch uncontrollably...I was wondering if this was a possitive sign or if it was a scientific thing where your fingers automatically twitch if you hold in it the same place for a long time...o.o

Actually, this is a very common sign you are doing it right.

The first time I made a psi ball my fingers began to twitch, don't worry about it you'll be fine.

uncontrollably? sounds weird.....dont strain yourself.
Allow the energy to flow.....
There might be some energy blockage in your body.
Do some meditation....or jumping jacks to get that energy flowing.

I know right? Your fingers are all stiff like you've been holding them still for hours. Instead of holding my hands in a certain position, I just hold them about a foot apart from each other and let my hands relax naturally. Helps with the finger cramping, anyhow.
