OK, I thought this one up, tried it out and it worked (for me at least) Heres how to do it: (with this method you can only make a one handed psi ball.)
Hold a tennis ball in one hand and open your other. Just get a feel for the tennis ball, now try replicate the feeling of the tennis ball into your other hand. Make it feel solid and make the feeling of something being there. Before you know it, you will have a psi ball.

That is NOT psi. I have heard of many techs like that, they are just teaching you to replicate a feeling, not make a psiball.

My advice is just keep with the two hands. That way is much better.

No hands is best once you are more advanced. But for people who are still reletively new, using one or two hands seems to work better. Or could be subconcious beleifs that are later abolished, but who knows.

I made a one-handed psi ball once, but it was stronger than most for some reason. I don't know how I did it, but it looked almost black in color, and normally they're blue.

Psi is the color you determine it as. Yes, Stolide once you get more advanced you do not reallly feel the need for hands although I sometimes find it fun to play around with them, feeling the push, pull, hot, cold ect.

Everyone can give their own opinions, but you just have to figure out what feels best for you. You need to be comfortable and feel like what you're doing is really going to work. You don't want to have the thought "I wonder if that guy in the internet was really right, or if he was just bored and making posts" cross your mind. Do what YOU want

Oh I still use my hands when I'm bored to play around with that pushing/pulling. It's very FUN!!! ;D But for more practicle uses it's better not to use hands.
People should do what they want. But it makes it easier to make a decision if you know other peoples opinions. That is part of what makes sites like this so good.
