Conquered my psi

Not sure if i spelled that right. Well i havent posted here in about 2 months because i forgot my username.. Sorry about that i didnt quit ect you know.. Well i can now bring my psi on instantly and feel it pulsate now that i can do this what should i do? I can control it as good as i want. And i dont have a psi wheel.. and i still dont know exactly how to move stuff

This is how i try..

My energys flowing through me i form a psi ball in the middle of my palms. Slowly pulling my 2 hands together and outwards squeeze and increasing my psi ball to the size i want.. I then try to focus it all on the little small object and then i thrust my hands forward a bit waiting for it too move and it dont? whats the step missing do i imagine it hitting it well ty

Many people don't use energy for pk at all. The easiest objects to move are psiwheels and floating things suspended in water. I don't know what you're trying to move, so I can't really help you.

I reccomend learning to make constructs such as shields first though.
