Well, like the title says, I need some help, I've poured over the articles posted on the main site about manipulation and psi and stuff, I know that first you have to feel the psi, then be able to move it before you can make a psi ball, but I'm having a difficult time discerning whether I'm even feeling psi or it's just my imagination. I know this isn't strictly about psi balls, but it is partially, and I didn't know where else to put it, sorry. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on the construction of a psi ball, or steps that come beforehand.

First time I tried feeling psi, all i felt was tingly energy, but the articles described it as not only tingly, but as your blood rushing, a warm (or cold) feeling, and kind of like air or water flowing. All that happened was that the tingly feeling got extremely strong in my legs to the point where they felt paralyzed, and then it slowly went away, the next time i felt a kind of cool wind around only my arms and legs. I have continued to practice, but I can only feel it in my extremities, and I seem to be unable to move the psi energy anywhere, if this is indeed psi energy. Sorry about not being specific last post.

well, you moved psi, it dosnt have to have a tingly feeling. i feel something moveing under my skin when i move it
and i made a psiball before actually moveing psi around my body.
just move it to your hands, then have it fill them, like water, then think a hole forming in your hands for the psi to flow through
let it flow between your palms and think of them forming into a ball, thats all there is

Sometimes I don't feel the tingly feeling. Sometimes I feel a great onrush of heat, or static feeling, and moving my fingers usually feels like it's... well.. I don't know how to describe it. Feels like all my bones are popping, and that's how I sense my psi ball. Once you get used to it, you'll be able to sense a lot more, and then you'll be able to start shielding, and before you know it, telekinesis! Just keep trying and practicing.
