Just meditated for about 12 min's then tried to make a psi-ball. I think I felt something. My fingers went numb and it felt like a small surge of electricity was running through my fingertips.
When I tried to feel at the space with my right hand I felt as something resisted beneath my left thumb. My right thumb felt giddy as well as i pushed on the resistance. Every time i touch my right hand with my left hand the feeling of resistance ended.
This could probably be the effect of the meditation and not the psi balls but my hands are normally very warm and i sweat a lot. After this session my fingertips were smooth by touch.
My method of slowing down in meditation is to weakly visualize the calming process as planes which you sense but penetrate. That's the best way I can describe the feeling. This often only works after I've seriously settled down.

I think I managed a psi ball last night! I felt a mild resistance when i brought my palms closer.
I first started by calming down, breathing with my stomach helped alot as well as only breathign through my mouth. Then I began to visualize energy taken from my torso led through my palms to a point right in between them. Second I did wasI visualized taking energy from the surroundings engulfing my hands and focusing it on a orange object just between my palms.
I could make it bigger by either visualizing the energy increasing in the torso-hand transfer, or the siphoning sucking in more energy towards the orange dot.

Psi balls are pretty easy and in about a week or so you should be able to see them..They aren't hard at all...
