please do not use all caps in titles.
I don't think it's a psi vamp. Do you know how to gather energy from around you?

if you practice for long ammounts of time try taking a break so as you dont tire / overload your body with energy. also visulize the energy comming out of your hands and forming a ball.

Okay user2m, here be my favorite tech for forming psiballs: 1. **If I am feeling low on energy, then I gather some before I even start. To do this, I visualize myself standing in a field of silvery mist, or sometimes (for some reason) a snowstorm. Then I just imagine myself pulling this mist into my body. I keep doing this until I feel "charged", which is generally a tingly and sometimes cold sort of feeling.** 2. To begin, I hold one hand out in front of me, facing upward and cupped like it is holding a baseball. Then I close my eyes and visualize a sort of hole appearing in the center of my palm and psi (the silvery mist) flowing out. I keep doing this until it all sort of pools in the cup of my hand. 3. Using visualization, I compact that mist into a sphere shape. Usually I shell it then, which I do by channeling more energy into it and imagining it spreading out over the surface of my psiball, hardening as it does so. This will keep the psiball from dissipating. 4. Next, I program my psiball to do whatever I want. (If you need help with programming, you'll have to ask someone else, since in real life I am an amateur computer programmer and my psi programming techs tend to be somewhat confusing... ) 5. When I have it all done (formed, shelled, and programmed), then I release the psiball, by visualizing it floating up and away from my palm. After taking a deep breath, I re-open my eyes at this time. Once you get really good, you can get through this entire tech in less than a minute. Right now, it takes me considerably longer to get one that works ... all it takes is practice, I guess!
