I only know how to feel the psi in my hands and half way up to my elbows. I try to make psi balls, and i can feel a slight tingle and pins and needles in my fingertips and right in the palm of my hand. I can't really program the psi ball to do anything though, so i was wondering if you could answer a few things...
1. Do you have to be able to feel psi in your whole body to make a psi ball? 2. Should i gather energy ( which i'm learning to do ) or just use the energy i can feel in my hands? 3. Is it normal for a random finger to twitch ( and i mean twitch a lot ) when trying to make a psi ball?

1. no 2. You can do one or the other. 3. I've heard of some twitching, but in my experience, that's just your body not being use to so much energy.

Eh ... too many questions! It burns! It BURNS!!! *goes up in flames* Okay, to get back on topic now, the answer to your first question is no. Since you would simply concentrate psi energy in your hands anyway, it is not necessary to feel psi throughout your entire body to form a psiball. For your second question, I don't think it really matters. At first I gathered energy every time I formed a psiball, but now I can do it in just a few seconds without gathering at all. (This is mostly because I now have a construct that will channel energy to me whenever I am feeling drained, but I digress...) For your third question, I'm not really sure. I've never experienced twitching. However, it is definitely normal to feel other strange sensations in your hands while forming a psiball, such as a tingle (like your hand is going to sleep), pins and needles, extreme heat or cold, etc. The sensation you experience probably depends on the energy you use. For example, I visualize psi energy as an icy silver mist, so I always feel cold when I gather psi or form a psiball. Does this help at all?

K now whenever I try to feel psi I get this sort of... windy current cold feeling... not my old warm psi... maybe because I changed what I think of to feel it or maybe it's just changed randomly... i dunno.
