What's YOUR psi ball visulization?

Personaly, i just picture this blue energy coming out as thin lines of electric current connecting to my psi ball so that it feeds it energy and keeps it going, At first i picture it being big enough to fill the gap between my hands and then i compress it nice and small, about the size of the end of my thumb, and then let it tingle and feel weird. What do you guys imagine?

When I visualize energy, I visualize myself just standing in a field of silvery mist, and then I force the mist to spiral into me and charge me with its energy... When I get this sort of chill (it makes my whole body shiver), then I've gathered enough. Then I visualize this energy slowly floating out of my hands and sort of massing around them. In the same way I forced the mist into my body, I compress that mist above my hands into the shape of a sphere. Then I program it, and when I'm done I visualize the sphere of mist freezing into a sort of ice-sphere. So those are my complete visualizations for gathering energy, forming psiballs, programming them, and shelling them! Enjoy!

well I visualise the place that i am in ..........but if for example the place is a building I imagine that from the ceiling ....the floor .....the walls e.t.c.............energy is coming out ......kind of silver smoke/flares ( i can not tell exactly) ........and then this energy gets into me and through my palms it shapes up to a ball............

I visualize it as some sort of smooth, blue energy coming from all around, if it's coming from myself then I visualize it coming from my head. Then it sort of wraps itself into a ball in my cupped hands. The ball is dark blue in the center, but it slowly fades to a lighter blue on the outside.

Ya.. I don't really use visualization.. maybe that's why I fail so much at it. = / But on the rare occasion that I actually meditate (and I mean rare), I visualize blue energy coming in, and brown energy coming out.

I guess the argument could be made that the type of visualization doesn't matter, as long as it is significant to you and visualized well.

You don't need visualization. I find in some places visualization hinders me a lot. I just focus on the pure idea of something. Hard to explain but yeah.

I just pretty much think where I want the energy and how much...and it comes...but I guess It's expected when energy manipulation has been my main focus since I started psionics lol. it's fun making it go up and down your arms fast.

i visualize green thick smoke swirling from everywhere and into the spot i want it.

i dont really visualize the ball itself but i visualize the energy as a thin smokish fog. i then draw this toward me then i just focus it in the air between my hands until i can feel it form.

i see blue mist and i make it spiral into me as if i were a black hole. then i visualize it pooling around my stomach and i let it flow to my palms and out like a fire hose. i just imagine a glass sphere for the shell and the energy just fills it.

I visualize like a dark, wroiling cloud writhing about in my stomach, with shafts of purple light bursting through every now and then (see my psi appearance thread in general psi , and I let it gather more and more energy depending on how much I can/want to put into the ball, and then I don't visualize it moving to my hands, I just sort of will it and it goes of it's own accord. I can feel how it moves through my body, it's not smooth at all, it sort of dashes from point to point, first to my chest, then to my shoulders, then my elbows, then my hands. I find that my visualization changes to follow suit without me doing anything other than willing my energy to move. Once it's in my hands I let it pool there for a while, waiting for any bits that didn't go the first time to catch up. And then I push some through, willing it to take on a rough sphere shape, and then push the rest through to fill that shell. Then, if I feel like it/need to, I refine the shape into a more perfect sphere, and do what I want with it.

I imagine a sort of bluish energy moving to the center of my body, and then up to one of my hands (I actually make one handed sci balls, not two).

i put my two hands about 6 inches apart and visualize light red smoke whisping around me. then i feel as the smoke is swirling inside of me. Then i just picture all the red smoke around me going slowly into the middle of my hands, and at the same time picture the smoke inside of me slowly pouring out too, kind of combining both sources to make 1 dense ball
