I tried it for the first time this afternoon. First I tried to just feel the energy before trying to manipulate it. Because if I couldn't feel it, then there would kind of be no point in continuing. Well anyways, when I concentrated I got a sort of tingly wamth in my palm, so I decided to continue. I visualized a blue ball in my hands, and I imagined feeding it energy so it became larger and denser, until it was about the size of a tennis ball. So, after only about a second, I started getting a strong tingling in my palms, and I swear I could almost see the ball's outline. After I was a little dizzy, but only because I was concentrating too hard. Next, I am going to try keeping it in the same place as I move. (ie.take my hands away from it).

Awesome, sleepyhollow94! That's very good for your first try. So you can feel psi and gather it into a certain place now. Since you can form psiballs, maybe you should start trying to form constructs? Look at the "Programming" board for some information about how to program them, and then you can look at my thread on that board called "Test program" to get some ideas for a good program to start with.

Congratulations. After i did this i programed my psi ball to gather energy from another source (every object has an energy. That's because the Earth is moving and spinning really fast and from that spinning every object gathers energy. The Earth is spinning around its axis with speed about 0,5km/sec,the Earth around the sun- 30km /sec and our solar system within the Milky Way galaxy- 250km/sec.This is so fast that we can't even feel it).

Good Job! This happened to me too with my first psiball. That was such a long time ago though. Keep it up. You should try programming now. If you want me to teach you some stuff with programming that you may not understand just PM me. ;D

Thanks!! I think I'm going to try to start Programming soon. Also, I have a question. Is it weird or abnormal to have your own psi energy alter colours and whatnot every so often? It usually varies between blue, green, and white, but lately it's been coming out as a dark green, and having a yellow glow to it. I think it may have to do with my moods/condition, since I'm recovering from a cold I had. However, I am unsure, and was just wanting to clear that up.

Depending on what sort of energy you are using, it can change quite often. Not at all uncommon, as what is called "psi" is really just the general category of energy.

I started programming a couple days ago, and I'm not too bad at it. First, I programmed my psiball to keep gathering energy when I "let go" of it (removing my hands from their cupped position) and it seemed to work, so I kept going. I told it to get warmer, and it also seemed to do that, but I couldn't be sure. I also told it to start cooling but I only managed to get it down to room temperature before I stopped. Is it common to not be able to make your psiball to stuff perfectly at the first try?

Duh! its like asking if you can pronounce a word perfectly on the first try.

oh and by the way it could be the conflicting messages you were sending it. you probably spent so much effort making it warm that when you told it to be cold you subconious became confused.

Once you create a psi ball can you use them to move physical objects?

Congratulations! Although... I know I'm way late on saying that on this board, huh? ;D Once you create a psi ball can you use them to move physical objects? Welcome to the site, Mystic! And it's possible, but it would take a lot of work and dedicated practice. If you're interested in doing that, you should go check out the Telekinesis board under the Manipulation section. You'll most likely find what you're looking for there. Alternatively, you can PM me and ask me any questions you like. Telekinesis is my specialty and I'd be more than happy to help you in any way I can. I've also come along way in psi-balls, constructs, basic energy manipulation, etc, so I can help with that too.
