;DThis thraed is about a training system that i use and works VERY VERY VERY well if you follow carefully. This training (like everything) takes time (about 7 weeks). But trust me by the 5th week even if you were a begginer you will be able to make different types of psiconstructs and programms you'll amaze yourself. This system is a tweak of anka's training system you can find it at www.psionguild.org/TrningMan.html. Well your going to have to know how to make a psiball before you do this you can find how to make a psiball at this site and many others.
Also you need some kind of journal to keep track of your records. So now that you have the right equiptment let's get to the training. For the first week what you will be doing is making a normal psi ball just 3x a day (but what i cannot stress enough is stop when you are physically tired,overloaded,or burned out that happened to me several times and i fainted once so don't try to go over your limits!!!!!!!) and say to yourself 40x: Psi manipulation and energy gathering is easy for me and i do it naturally or me and i do it naturally (you can tweak it how you want) that is all (i know making a psiball 3x a day and saying to yourself 40x: Psi manipulation and energy gathering is easy for me and i do it naturally is boring i've been doing this for over 1 year).
By now you should get a good feel of psi if you don't no worry just keep making psiballs 3x a day and say to yourself 40x: Psi manipulation and energy gathering is easy for me and i do it naturally until you get the feel of psi and can make psiballs normally without too much strain. But now on to the second week now you will be making different constructs other than psiballs. So for the 2nd week make anytype of construct you want. I know this seems tough but just make the shape like you were making a psiball. I use visualization and feeling to make different constructs. Also keep on with the affirmation 40x a day through out the whole 7weeks. And again (this goes for all and any of the weeks) if you don't get the right feel just keep on doing the same thing.
Oh and you don't have to follow this training to the bone for the first few weeks i didn't do all 3 times. Now that you know how to make different constructs try making sheilds but don't try to program them (we're not there yet). Just simple sheilds, you can make an all around sheild or a sheild that only covers one part of your body i don't care. Week four is here so now we can program the sheild. I don't care what type of method you use to progarm a sheild. If you don't know how to praogram stuff you can find a really good article about it here. remeber in the beggining when i told you you will be able to make cool constructs by week 5?.
Well can you do it can you make almost any construct you please. If you can't then pm me all your problems or complains. But taht's not what week 5 is about. What you will be doing in week 5 is programming constructs other than sheilds to do simple and complex things. Some programs i have is a scanner to scan for certain people and things, a psi bouncey ball, and an energy orb to give me energy anytime i need/want it. You must be amazed at what you can do by now. So weeks 6 has come i bet your thinking what else is there to do i've done everything. Tsk Tsk Tsk there is a whole lot you can do with psi.
Now we are going to dedicate objects. All that is is giving a certain object(not people trust me that is a BAD idea) a psi so when touched or you do something a certain energy will come to you or someone. Like i dedicated an object to make me feel happy when i am sad. To do this you imgain a time when you felt a certain feeling and put that and psi in the object. if this doesn't work for you try a different technique.
On the 7th week telekenisis comes. If you don't already know you use psi for telekenisis. For telekenisis what you are going to do is stretch the psi from what ever body part to reach a SMALL (if your not alredy a telekenetic then small objects are best)object and try to push it. Soon you'll get better at it then you'll be able to lift things just like a normal telekenetic.
