I don't know if this is good for me but when i make a psiball it feels like all the blood in my hand is just being sucked right out of it.
and then after throwing it/using it/or whatever my hand is pretty much dead from it feels like loss of blood
so thanks for any of the help you can provide

Hmm.... this hasn't happened to me. I've read many psiball articles, and people get different feelings...It's possible that the energy your using is just too much for your hands.
How long does it take for your hands to get back to normal?

it depends on how much energy i put into making the psiball but on average 5-10 minutes

That's not too bad. If it were more than 30 minutes, then something would've been wrong.
I think it's normal, and it'll stop soon enough...once you get used to it.

i think i have acutally had one that was like 25 minutes but i was putting alot of energy nto it

It wasn't so long ago that, when I made a really powerful construct or used a lot of psi energy in some other way, I felt a huge strain on my body sort of like that. If I formed the construct over my hands, then those hands and the area around them occasionally went numb. I literally just sort of collapsed and had to lay there until I got my body under control again.
Of course, now I have gotten pretty good at constructs and this no longer happens, mainly since I either don't use my own energy (I either draw it directly from the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars, etc. or just pull energy from those sources into me and then channel it into the construct). So next time, user2m, try drawing energy directly from outside sources like the ones I just mentioned and putting it into your construct. If you still get this numb sort of feeling in your hand, then you might need more help than I can give.
