Am I doing it right

I practiced making psiball I visualized the energy flowing through my hand and my hand started getting hot and it felt like static and heat was flowing through my hand. Is this correct way to make a psiball?

Good work, blkpsion. From what you described, you can feel psi very well, but you haven't actually formed your first psiball. All you need to do is get back to that hot staticy feeling and then visualize the energy flowing out of your hands and sort of forming into a sphere shape. Practice with channeling more and more energy into the psiball until you can wave your hand through it and feel pressure, tingling, or something. Also, once you can form the psiball, practice programming it with some simple commands. Tell it to make itself hot or cold, etc.

Just keep working!

Something weird happened to me the other day. It was real cold in my house so, I tried visualizing hot energy coming into my body and my body was suddenly overwhelmed with heat. I wonder, what is this?

I believe that is called an "Overload". I'm pretty sure that you can find for about that in some of the guides on the main page of the site. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong. )

it my be an overload or he just got overzelous with his intake, an overload implies that you went beyond your ability. it sounds like he just got hot, a little beyond what he wanted but no more

Or he visualized "hot" energy and it heated him up. I highly doubt it was an overload.

I don't think it was an overload. I was trying to make myself hot because i was cold. I guess I got more heat than I wanted.
