Did I really make one, and how do i Program it?

Okay, after trying for a few days, I'm finally at the point to where I can feel the energy between my hands, but I cant figure out how to shape it, it wont shape or make me see any of it, not even an outline. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do to help me succeed in these things. Cause all I can seem to do is feel energy between my hands.

Actually thats all that most people do is feel the energy. If you practice aura vision though you might be able to see the energy.

Yeah, imagine what a tennis ball, or just a small ball, feelings like when you are holding that. That feeling you get, like the size, shape, and so on should be used when making the psi ball.

to change the shape think of play doh and mold it like that if you must.
