Can someone explain it to me?

Hi. My english is not my mother language so... sorry if i don't express myself clearly.
This is my situation. Since my younger days i have this deja vu's. "Special" ones. They don't occur often but they do. Some i can't tell if i dreamed about it or if it is just a mind trick (nowadays). But what happens is that at a given momment i remember having dreamed about that exact moment! But i can't remember what i have dreamed, so i can't change it. I remember as it happens. Also, i've tried to change it by doing something i usually wouldn't do. An example: one day, in a classroom i started to have that experience so i just looked at my hand without moving it, and that was exactly what i had seen on my dream!! So i started to move it fast and once again it was what i had dreamed!! Sometimes it's frustrating... And like i said, most times it is about specific "videoclips" that make me believe that they are not a mind trick. Also, i can usually know when i dreamed it, but not very specifically, i mean, i know i dreamed some days before or weeks.
Sooooooo... can someone enlighten me...? Pleeease...

well, if you are seeing you hand move,, and you had a dream about that,, that whould be precognition...a lil bit diff, its seeing ht efuture...
if its happening at the same time, then its sorta like,, your subconses playin tricks,, or tyring to tell you somthing,,,,
and if its after,, well how does that work,,,,did you move you hand yesterday,,, and then did it the next day,, and RELIZE taht you did that??. if so, ive dont that man time,, kinda creepy,,,or if waht i am goin though, it may be diff, cause i also am looking for help with my prob..i will post it, and yuo should read it, it may alpply to you

You both could be having recurrences.....they are unnerving and a little scary and more intense than Deja Vus....I went through one that I was afraid would rear up and start again over and over for 36 years. You will get through it. You'll forget about it, then remember it when the edges of it are on you, and in time be able to stop it and walk away.
