Alright, so. I'm having a very small problem in the psi department and I'd like to know if anyone else has this problem, or if it even has anything to do with psi at all. You see, whenever I try any psi exercises, I start to feel a bit hyper. It gets to the point where I'm either shivering all over, or at least tapping my foot uncontrollably. Obviously, since I've only begun today and thus haven't had the time to do much more than a few psi gathering whatever things, I have yet to confirm whether it really does happen everytime, or if it's just a symptom of my beginning to work with psi. As of yet my best theory is just that I'm easily distracted and noticing that I'm cold. Except I don't actually feel cold.
This is odd, because I'm not generally a hyperactive person. In fact, I'm notorious for my ability to sit in one place for hours on end reading.

I have gotten it before. I have been led to believe that psi is basically a type of energy and when that energy is released though the body; the body tends to fight it. Whenever I get precog bursts, I usually shake almost uncontrollably, and my hands get cold and clammy. Then again that is just my theory.

you gain control with meditation. just be calm and dont force the psi. simply allow it to flow
