Hey everyone again, Pat here;
I am new at psi and everything related but I have gotten my energy flowing and I need peoples opinions on what I should work on first?

You've gone through meditations and such, right? Anyway... If you have, then start off with energy manipulation. After that you just do whatever Kinesis interests you... At least that's what I did...

I would start with the psi ball if you havent allready mastered it then harder constructs then try sheilding.(You can find articles on all of these at www.easypsionics.tk )Then I would go for either tp or tk also at easypsionics.tk.But realey look around and see what basic skills apeal to you. |

I suggest learn how to do a psi ball and feeling energy in your body and outside your body.

yes, everything people have said is correct. i myself started with energy manipulation and moved onto telekensis. i feel that is a good path to take and i teach the same.
if your interested in projection to other planes then give astral projection ago, its not overly difficult to achive and its something that i surggest everyone to learn.
