Uses of Psi

I'm going to write an article on the different uses of psi, but I would like you hear your ideas. What skills do you use and how? Where do you use these skills? Any warnings or tips? The more creative, the better.

I practice CryoK and it is useful in cooling myself down just today i cooled my English class down for me at least it was nice and refreshing if you are really good you could save heaps on cooling. One warning i have for people is if you are going to take CryoK really far and dramatically lower temperatures then make sure you are conditioned to withstand Ive heard people say that you cant lower the temperature lower then you can withstand but i have never tested this due to the fact that I'm already conditioned to the cold go Canada

energy manipulation - psi-balls, constructs, shields, groundings. anything that can be used with energy i do.

warning? - take it easy, there is no rush and that aplies to every ability. when doing EM its wise to use your interal energy, and if you can raise it befor doing EM you will get better results. Its also importent to not drain yourself, i know of people who have passed out from purging all there energy. I myself have almost passed out too..

Projection - OBE/RTZ, astral, lower/higher planes, and everything in between. affecting the physical, remote veiwing, and remote presence.

warning? if you feel thretend remember you can always return to your body. if you see or feel bad spirits, or entities always white light yourself and return to your body. i also visit some temples too.

telepathy - send/reciv/digging. telepathic surgestion, mind reading/hacking, and can sometimes hear what people are thinking.

warnings? NEVER EVER interfere with peoples FREE WILL, never.
hmm, take it easy here also, try not to put to much stress on the mind. and ask permistion of the person you are reading.

empathy - send/recive, pain senseing, all body scaning really. able to detect saws/brous's/cuts/ also able to feel if someone has a weak arm for eg.

warning? its best not to scan someone who is depressed or extra hyper as the results are obviouse. again ask permistion befor scanning.

clairvoyant - seeing spirit and other projectors, also very good at seeing negs.

warnings? none really, this isnt something you could do harm to other people, if you are starting out practicei with your guide(s)

clairsaudient - hearing spirit or or people proejcting.

warnings? again none really.

also able to tell/sense things from touching or linking with objects.
again no real warnings, only one is. if you do this for someone the number 1 rule is, you tell them what you saw/heard no matter how silly or pointless it would seem to you. remember that the message is not always for YOU.

i also defend innocents, protect the temples and anyone really, i often go hunting if you will for negs. or help anyone who has a neg problem, i also do cleansings, and can project unlimited *so far over 120 projections at once*..

just be carefull use protection, dont go looking for trouble. remember dont pick a fight you cant win, and even so its better to be the bigger man and walk.
its my job to do what i do, so i take it seriusly and i dont wont to see ANYone get hurt, so please stay in the light.
