do you think it'll have a really big effect on me if I donate?
it all regenerates, so it won't hurt too bad, but I figured I'd ask for other opinions

what do you mean? Do you mean you're worried that giving blood will harm your abilities?

The actual abilities themselves? no...
My "skill" with my abilities, (I couldn't think of the term I'm looking for) yes, temperarily.
the mind is attatched to the body, thus the bodies ailments will effect the mind, I'm wondering if the effect it will have on me is big enough to be a concern.
medically you are still "alright" after donating because they don't take too much. however there are reactions to be had during or after donation - including dizzyness, (the n word that makes you want to puke, I forgot how to spell it and my dictionary isn't helping, I think I'm looking in the wrong place (nausiea?) ) anyhoo, there _is_ a temperary effect of some sort, I'm wondering how bad it would be

Ok I know what you're talking about.
Yes when you get sick you will notice your abilties will down. Don't worry about it. You will get then back as you get better. Giving blood may harm you a bit, but not that much as getting a cold or flu would.
Also as the stronger you become psionically, the less getting sick will harm your abilties.
